In this recipe, I use four different toppings on a smooth smoothie. To give your smoothie a thicker consistency, simply use a frozen banana or some other frozen fruit or just an ice cube. You can cut the fruits, put them in plastic bags (divided by portions or by type of the fruit/veggie or colour) and keep in the freezer for the next time.

Ingredients for 2 smoothie bowls:
- 2 bananas (1 frozen, 1 fresh)
- 200 g frozen mango (cut into pieces)
- 100 g yoghurt
- 1cm piece of ginger
- 1 Tsp of peanut butter or mousse
- 2-3 Tbsp of chia seeds
- 100 g blueberries
- 4-5 figs (fresh ones are better, but dry will work too)
- 1-2 Tsp of shredded coconut flakes
Prepare your blender and fill the glass with the cut bananas, mango pieces, chopped ginger, yoghurt and the peanut butter. Blend till the mixture gets smooth and thick.
Fill the two bowls with the “Summer Mango smoothie” and add the toppings; chia seeds, blueberries, figs cut in slices and the shredded coconut flakes. Use your imagination for the decorations.
Enjoy!
