Would you like something sweet that doesn’t have many calories? Would you like to eat something small that makes you feel full? Do you have 25 minutes? If one of the answers is yes, then this Chia pudding is the recipe for you.
Chia seeds are one of the superfoods with many benefits. They are rich in omega 3, easy to digest, high in antioxidants, high in vitamins and minerals. These are only some of the benefits. Good enough for me to try them.
Here are the ingredients ( for 2 portions):
- 4 Tsp of Chia seeds
- 250 ml coconut milk
- any fruit that you like (I took mango)
Take 2 cups or 2 glasses. Put 2 Tsp of Chia seeds in each of them and add the coconut milk (125 ml each). I gave a stir with a fork so that the milk reaches all the seeds. And now all you need is 20 more minutes to wait. After the 20 min add the fruit on top. Done! Enjoy!
