Pink mint smoothie bowl

Pink mint smoothie bowl

Pink mint is the name of the next smoothie bowl. Already the name sounds fruity and full of freshness. Furthermore, in the recipe, you will see that it consists of four different fruits and some fresh green mint. That’s what gives the fresh and cooling kick to this pink mint smoothie bowl.

This pink mint smoothie bowl includes also some delicious toppings, so be sure to have some crunchy granola ready. No problem if you don’t have it or if you don’t know how to make granola. It is easy and it takes only half an hour to make. You can click on the link above for the instructions. In addition to this, there is one more thing you should do before you start: freeze some fruits. Frozen fruits will always come handy.

The ingredients for 2 portions of pink mint smoothie bowl:

  • 1-2 handful of frozen berries (mix)
  • a handful of frozen grapes
  • 1 apricot (fresh)

Prepare your blender and fill it with frozen berries, apricot (no stone, washed), banana, frozen grapes, mint leaves and almond milk. Usually, to prevent the blender from stopping, you should use some liquid when blending frozen fruits. Also, you should use as much milk as you like. And like I said you choose which milk you like or you could even use a fruit juice (nectar). So everything is in the blender. It is the time to blend all together till you get a nice smooth and thick consistency.

You will love the combination of fruits I chose. But as always you can use any fruits you like also for this recipe. Try this combo first and then evolve the recipe further to your preferences.

Now divide the smoothie mixture between two bowls. Finally, add the home-made granola sprinkled with some ground pumpkin seeds and the frozen berries. Serve the pink mint smoothie bowl with some extra fresh mint leaves on top.

Enjoy!
